As a resident for the last 28 years I am committed to fighting for local public services, supporting local businesses and promoting the Ribble Valley. I am proud to call Ribble Valley my home.

Nigel Evans has hailed the Ribble Valley’s crowning as the happiest place in the UK, according to data from the Office for National Statistics. Ribble Valley residents were asked to score their happiness on a scale of 0 to 10, the UK voted on average 7.56, while the Ribble Valley voted 8.30.

Nigel Evans delighted with the announcement of 153 new police officers for Lancashire

Nigel Evans has voiced his satisfaction at today’s announcement by the Home Secretary that Lancashire will receive 153 new Police Officers in the next 12 months. The news comes as the Home Office released police recruitment forces from all 43 forces in England and Wales.
